Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our talented engineering team. As a AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge generative AI models to solve complex problems and drive innovation across our organization. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance our products and services.
Job Responsibilities:
- GenAI – Design, develop, and implement Generative AI features utilizing the latest and proven frameworks and working with proven LLMs.
- IDP – Design, develop, and implement Intelligent Document Processing features while leveraging the best Computer Vision/OCR frameworks.
- NLP/NLU – Design, develop, and implement features leveraging NLP and NLU.
- ML Models – Develop diagnostic and predictive models based on large data sets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Research to stay current with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques and identify opportunities to integrate them into our products and services.
- Optimize existing generative AI models for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation.
- Develop clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and presentations, to communicate AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an AI/ML Engineer with Generative AI, LLM, NLP and ML libraries.
- 5+ years’ hands-on experience and proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with NLP techniques and tools.
- Hands-on experience in OCR and Intelligent Document Processing tools.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Familiar with data visualization tools and libraries, such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, or Plotly.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative AI solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive mindset, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
