New Features & Enhancements
- Track workflow progress in real time. Users can now see the current status of running and completed workflow instances directly on the workflow diagram, including which step is active. This improves visibility, helps track ownership, and makes it easier to monitor execution flow.
- Exclude users dynamically during workflow task assignment. HuLoop now supports a new variable type (user_var) that allows designers to exclude specific users from future task assignments in group workflows.

This release introduces a range of enhancements that improve the overall reliability, usability, and performance of the HuLoop platform. Workflow Enhancements
- Easily pick up where you left off. Draft tasks now remain visible, allowing users to resume work without disruption.
- Save progress without losing form data. Task forms now preserve inputs when saved as draft, helping users avoid rework.
- Experience smoother forms. Required fields are enforced correctly, and user dropdowns appear consistently in Start and Task forms.
- Work faster with live variable updates. New workflow variables now appear instantly during form design, and Start node changes reflect immediately during execution.
- Control task exclusions more reliably. Exclusion settings can now be cleared as expected, and exclusions require properly mapped user variables.
- Use Start form data more flexibly. User variables from Start forms now support exclusion logic across the workflow.
- Ensure tasks reach the right people. Group-assigned tasks now show up reliably for all eligible members.
- Track instance counts accurately. Workflow templates now display the correct number of active instances in real time.
- Quickly find recent templates. The template list is now sorted by last update, making recently edited workflows easier to access.
- Protect work in progress. Draft templates can no longer be accidentally executed, improving reliability.
- Navigate confidently. Returning from instance details now takes you back to the correct workflow overview.
- View execution history clearly. The instance history panel now shows the right task and status information.
Intelligent Document Processing Enhancements
- Map address data with precision. The platform now breaks down full addresses into parts like street, city, and ZIP, improving data handling.
- Keep sensitive information protected. Redaction improvements ensure confidential data is reliably masked during document processing.
- Stay accurate during scheduled runs. Workflows that handle dynamic content now perform consistently, even when run on a schedule.
Platform Access & Stability
- Sign in without interruption. Users impacted by recent platform changes can now log in without issues.
- Enjoy faster test editing. Performance has been improved for smoother, more responsive editing of test steps.
- Run API tests with confidence. Basic Authentication now works as expected for API test cases.
- Use the CLI more reliably. The Command Line Interface now handles sessions smoothly, avoiding timeouts.
- Start the Desktop Driver effortlessly. Desktop automation now runs without errors caused by port conflicts.
Known Issues
The following is a list of issues known to exist at the time of the release.
- The “Any Previous Assignee” exclusion option currently removes only the most recent task assignee, instead of all prior assignees as intended. Additionally, it incorrectly excludes the workflow starter or creator, which should not happen. This issue is under review and will be addressed in a future update.
Compatibility & Requirements
There are no environment changes, version dependencies, or browser limitations in this release. Existing configurations continue to be fully supported.
