HuLoop Release 63 – Version 7.0.20

Release Date: February 20, 2026

New Features & Enhancements

This release introduces enhancements that improve automation execution reliability, workflow governance, AI-assisted authoring, communication flexibility, and document management. These updates strengthen operational control, improve visibility, and streamline automation configuration across enterprise environments.

Automation Execution & Scheduling Enhancements

  • Unattended Execution for Desktop-Based Automations: Desktop-based automations can now run in unattended mode without requiring an active screen session. This enhancement enables reliable scheduling in server environments and allows organizations to execute desktop-dependent processes autonomously during off-hours and at scale.

Workflow Governance & Operational Control

  • Enhanced Instance Visibility and Control for Start Groups: Workflow Start Group members can now view and manage all workflow instances associated with their group directly from the Instance tab. Authorized users can start, pause, resume, and stop instances regardless of who initiated them, improving operational oversight and ensuring consistent execution control within assigned teams.

Execution Stability and Diagnostics

  • Improved CLI Error Messaging and Diagnostics: CLI error handling has been enhanced to provide clearer and more actionable messages during execution failures. Instead of displaying generic system-level exceptions, the CLI now returns descriptive feedback to help users quickly identify configuration issues such as invalid paths, incorrect run settings, or missing identifiers. These improvements streamline troubleshooting and enhance the command-line experience.

AI Generator Experience Enhancements

  • Visual Indicators for AI-Generated Step Parameters: The AI Generator now includes visual indicators that clearly identify steps requiring parameter input and steps with prepopulated values. These indicators improve visibility, reduce manual inspection, and streamline validation before execution.

Automation Communication Enhancements

  • Support for Multiple Email Attachments: The Send Email Using Subjects function now supports multiple file attachments within a single email step. Users can attach more than one file when configuring email notifications, increasing flexibility for reporting, document sharing, and automated communications. File validation ensures attachments meet supported size and type requirements.

Document Processing Enhancements

  • Selective Signing for Updated PDF Documents: Document signing capabilities now support selective signing of newly appended pages in an existing PDF. When additional pages are added to a previously signed document, signatures can be applied only to the new pages while preserving existing signatures. This enhancement enables incremental document updates without requiring full re-signing.

Quality & Reliability Improvements

This release includes refinements that strengthen execution stability, reporting accuracy, document processing reliability, and cross-environment compatibility. These improvements enhance consistency, reduce operational friction, and support dependable automation performance across enterprise deployments.

Automation Visibility and Reporting Accuracy

  • Improved Test Result Reporting for Re-Executed Cases: Pipeline reporting has been refined to represent re-executed test cases. When failed tests are re-run, results are now consolidated so that each test case appears only once in the Tests tab with the updated execution status. This improvement ensures consistent test counts and clearer reporting for pipeline analysis.
  • Improved Report Accessibility for Bot Executions: Report generation and access behavior for certain bot executions has been refined to ensure consistent availability through both web-based and local reporting interfaces. This update supports reliable access to automation results and generated documents for monitoring and audit automations.

Intelligent Document Processing Reliability Improvements

  • Enhanced Extraction Consistency for Scanned PDF Documents: IDP extraction behavior has been refined to improve consistency when processing scanned PDF documents across varying formats. These improvements strengthen reliability when extracting key metadata used for file classification and renaming, supporting more predictable batch processing outcomes.
  • Enhanced Accuracy for Structured PDF Data Extraction: Extraction logic has been strengthened to deliver consistent results across comparable PDF documents, including those with subtle formatting variations. This refinement ensures accurate capture of critical data fields and increases confidence in automated document processing workflows.

Environment Compatibility & Execution Reliability

  • Improved Screenshot Capture Reliability in Supervised Environments: Screenshot capture behavior has been refined to improve consistency in supervised and on-premises deployment environments. These updates support reliable image capture for screen-based data extraction and OCR scenarios.
  • Improved Email Action Stability Across Server Versions: The Email step has been refined to ensure consistent execution across updated server and agent versions. This improvement strengthens automation reliability and supports smoother post-upgrade transitions.
  • Desktop Automation Stability & Session Management: Desktop automation handling has been enhanced to support reliable execution of multiple desktop applications within a single automation flow. Session initialization and driver management improvements ensure smooth transitions between applications when executed sequentially on the same machine.

AI-Assisted Authoring Experience Improvements

  • Improved Stability of AI Step Generator Panel: The AI Step Generator interface has been refined to remain available after importing generated steps into a test case. This improvement enables users to continue refining or generating additional steps without interruption.

Desktop Automation Compatibility & Stability Enhancements

  • Enhanced Driver Support for Application Launch Arguments: Desktop driver support has been enhanced to correctly pass command-line arguments when launching desktop applications. This improvement ensures applications that require launch parameters open with the intended configurations, strengthening execution reliability.

Workflow Execution Reliability Improvements

  • Improved Agent-to-Workflow Variable Mapping: Variable handling has been refined to ensure that values passed from the agent are correctly mapped to workflow variables during execution. This improvement enhances data consistency across workflow steps and supports reliable outcomes in scheduled and agent-triggered processes.

Compatibility & Requirements

There are no environment changes, version dependencies, or browser limitations in this release. Existing configurations continue to be fully supported.
