At HuLoop Automation, our mission is to responsibly implement policies to be compliant with various regulations. This Website Policy governs your use of our website located at https://www.huloop.ai and any pages or services we operate that link to this policy (collectively, the “Site”).

1) Terms of Use

1.1. Acceptable Use

Use of this Website is only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Policy.

Users may not:

1.3. User Content & Feedback

  • If a user submits or uploads content (e.g., comments, forms, files) (“User Content”), they represent that they have all rights necessary to do so and that the content does not infringe others’ rights.
  • Users grant HuLoop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, modify, and display User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Site and responding to your requests.
  • If a user provides feedback, ideas, or suggestions, they agree we may use them without restriction or compensation.

1.4 Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

The Website may include content generated or assisted by artificial intelligence systems. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

User acknowledges and agrees that:

  • AI outputs are provided for informational purposes only.
  • Users are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.
  • The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.
  • The Website does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
  • Users will not rely on AI outputs as a sole basis for any business, financial, legal, or operational decision.

Company disclaims all liability arising from the use of AI-generated content.

Users must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws. Users may not use the Site if in an embargoed jurisdiction or on a restricted party list under applicable law.

HuLoop does not guarantee that the Site will be free from unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches. Use of the Site is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HuLoop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This includes, without limitation, damages arising from:

  • AI-generated outputs
  • Security incidents or unauthorized access
  • Third-party services or integrations.

Our total liability for all claims relating to the Site will not exceed $100 (USD) or the amount you paid to us for the Site in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

1.15. Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HuLoop and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the use of the Site or violation of this Policy.

1.16. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

1.17. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy or the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.

Users waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials. Users may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first use of the Site by contacting [email protected].

  • Identification of the copyrighted work.

This Privacy Notice explains how HuLoop collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when someone interacts with the Site.

We may collect:

  • Identifiers & Contact Data: Name, email address, phone, company, job title.
  • Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, referring/exit pages, timestamps.
  • Cookies & Similar Technologies: As described in our Cookie Policy below, and used only as necessary to support Site functionality and user-requested features.
  • Support & Communications: Messages, feedback, and forms submitted to us.
  • Marketing Preferences: Opt-in choices, unsubscribe requests.
  • AI Interactions (if applicable): Prompts, uploads, and outputs when you use AI features, for safety monitoring and service improvement (with safeguards described below).

  • Automatically via cookies and similar technologies used to support Site functionality and security.
  • From third parties, where applicable and subject to their policies.

2.3. How We Use Personal Information

2.10. Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control

Our Site may not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, but where legally required we will honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals for opt-out of certain data sharing.

2.11. California / U.S. State Privacy Disclosures

If a user resides in California or other U.S. states with privacy laws (e.g., CCPA, CIPA, CPRA, CPA, VCDPA, CTDPA, UCPA), they may have additional rights.

3.1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on a device to store data that can be retrieved by the Site or a third party. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, and local storage.

3.2. Types of Cookies We Use

  • Functional/Strictly Necessary: Required for core functionality and security, including form protection and enabling requested features (e.g., session management).
  • Performance/Analytics: We do not currently use analytics cookies during general browsing.
  • Marketing: We do not currently use marketing cookies during general browsing.

The following are examples of tools that may be used. We do not currently use analytics or marketing tools during general browsing.

  • Marketing: LinkedIn Insights, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, etc.
  • Functional: Cloudflare (security), A/B testing tools (if applicable), etc.

3.4. User Options / Choices

  • Consent Banner: On first visit, users can accept non-essential cookies. Non-essential cookies are not set unless accepted, where applicable, and choices can be updated at any time via Cookie & Privacy Preferences.
  • Browser Controls: Users can set the browser to block cookies or alert when cookies are being set.
  • Opt-Out Links: For example, Google Analytics opt-out: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

3.5. Retention

Cookie lifespans vary:

  • Session cookies expire when a browser is closed.
  • Persistent cookies last longer (e.g., 1 day to 13 months, depending on the cookie and applicable law)

Policy Ownership and Governance

This policy is owned by HuLoop’s executive leadership—specifically the CEO, CFO, CTO, and CISO—and is governed by our Board of Directors. It is reviewed annually and updated as needed to reflect the evolving regulatory and technological landscape. Any violations of this policy will be addressed through formal review and escalated for remediation.

Enforcement

Failure to comply may result in disciplinary actions up to and including termination of employment for employees, or termination of contracts for third parties.
