Check App Version and State
On the Apps page, each app shows its current state and version next to the app name.
- The state can be Draft or Published.
- Draft means the app is saved but not published yet.
- Published means the app is available for use in workflows, automation, and user input screens.
- The version number shows the current version of the app.
- The version is updated every time the app is modified and saved, either in draft mode or after publishing.
- For example, when the app is saved for the first time, the version may be v1.0.
If the app is saved again as draft, the version changes to v1.1, then v1.2, and so on. - The same version update happens when the app is published after making changes.
- Checking the state and version helps you make sure that the correct app and the correct version are being used.
