Position Overview:

We are seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead our demand generation marketing initiatives with a focus on driving significant growth. This role focuses on leveraging a mix of modern marketing channels to attract, engage, and convert potential prospects into customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure the execution of growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation: Identify and create demand through innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, email marketing, webinars, events, and content marketing.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Event and Webinar Marketing: Organize and promote webinars, virtual events, and in-person gatherings to generate leads and foster community engagement.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • A/B Testing: Design and conduct A/B tests to evaluate the performance of different marketing strategies, creatives, and messaging to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • SEO and Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to optimize website content, white papers, landing pages, and other online content for search engines, ensuring high visibility and ranking for relevant keywords.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve growth targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with product offerings and customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, in technology or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of identifying and creating demand through successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of best practices around LinkedIn, webinars, events, emails, and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and automation platforms.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Base Salary Ranges:

  • Entry-Level (1–3 years of experience): $60,000 – $80,000 per year
  • Mid-Level (3–7 years of experience): $80,000 – $120,000 per year
  • Senior-Level (7+ years of experience): $120,000 – $160,000+ per year
