He is an accomplished, results-oriented, and high-energy technology executive with a sustained track record for driving breakout growth and building enduring, software businesses. Whether launching successful startups, scaling growth phase companies, or turning-around mature software businesses, Michaud succeeds by building and leading high-performing, multi-cultural, and global teams. Before HuLoop, Michaud has held executive roles at DemandTec, Hypersonix, Symphony Retail, Amdocs, NCR Corporation, Retalix, Revionics, IDS LLC, and IBM Corporation.

Linda Gilbert is the Vice President of Product & Engineering at HuLoop Automation, where she leads Product Management, Engineering, Cloud Operations, DevOps, IT, Production Support, and AI/ML across the company’s global organization. A deeply product-driven and customer-connected executive, she is responsible for shaping HuLoop’s platform roadmap, accelerating innovation, increasing development velocity, and elevating platform quality, scalability, reliability, and user experience.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience, Linda has scaled global technology organizations and delivered enterprise SaaS platforms with measurable business impact. She oversees cloud infrastructure, service reliability, and production support operations to ensure high availability, security, and performance for HuLoop’s AI-powered Work Optimization platform. An engineer at heart, she brings strong operational discipline across Product Management, Software Engineering, DevOps, Quality Engineering, Release Management, and Cloud Operations balancing startup agility with structured, scalable execution.

Linda is focused on unlocking the full potential of HuLoop’s intelligent automation platform by strengthening collaboration across teams in India and California, advancing AI-driven innovation, and building a high-performance, metrics-driven product and technology organization. Her leadership centers on delivering secure, scalable solutions that drive measurable productivity gains for customers while supporting HuLoop’s long-term growth.

Jin Yoo is the Vice President of Finance and Accounting at HuLoop Automation, where he leads the company’s financial strategy, accounting operations, and business performance management. A proven and highly disciplined accountant, Jin brings a rare combination of technical accounting expertise and strategic SaaS finance leadership to HuLoop. He has built his career across prominent firms and high-growth software companies, including Cohesity, Veritas Technologies, PwC, and Moss Adams. His background spans corporate finance, FP&A, audit, revenue operations, and complex SaaS financial modeling, giving him a comprehensive command of both GAAP accounting and the operational drivers of a modern software business.

At HuLoop, Jin partners closely with Customer Success, Engineering, Product, and Sales to strengthen forecasting accuracy, streamline core processes, improve revenue visibility, and support the company’s rapid expansion. Known for bringing clarity, structure, and data-driven discipline to decision-making, he ensures HuLoop remains both innovative and financially strong as it scales.

With proven expertise in People Operations, Strategic Planning, and Workplace Culture, Alisa plays a key role in ensuring that HuLoop attracts and retains top talent while fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion. In her role, she oversees Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Development, helping to drive the company’s mission to deliver cutting-edge automation solutions to its clients. Prior to joining HuLoop, Alisa held leadership roles at Lifesize and Revionics, where she played a pivotal role in shaping people strategies and building high-performing teams.
