Managing IPA Status
- Activate an IPA: Keep the Is Active checkbox selected to make the IPA available for linking to workflows.
- Deactivate an IPA: If you clear the checkbox, a confirmation pop-up appears:
“Are you sure you want to make this IPA inactive?”
You can then select Continue to proceed or Cancel to go back.
Making an IPA inactive means it can no longer be linked to any workflow until reactivated.

Notes:
- Only active IPAs can be linked a workflow.
- If you mark an IPA as inactive, it will not be visible in the Workflow Designer and cannot be used in any workflow.
