HuLoop Release 65 – Version 7.0.22

Release Date: March 20, 2026

New Features & Enhancements

This release brings the new QuickApp Builder along with enhancements to the workflow design experience. These updates provide greater flexibility when building applications and simplify workflow configuration to improve usability and efficiency.

Application Builder Enhancements

  • QuickApp Builder: Introduced the QuickApp Builder, enabling users to create and configure custom applications using a drag-and-drop layout designer. The builder supports dynamic visibility rules and integrates with workflows and automation triggers, allowing users to design interactive app experiences and connect them to workflow processes.

Workflow Design Experience Improvements

  • Flexible Workflow Instance Identification: Workflow execution has been enhanced to simplify how unique identifiers (UIDs) are managed when starting workflow instances. Users can now start workflows without manually providing a UID, as the system automatically assigns a timestamp-based identifier when one is not specified. When a UID is configured, it continues to be captured during execution as part of the workflow instance. This enhancement reduces manual input, streamlines workflow initiation, and ensures consistent identification of workflow instances across executions.
  • Create Workflow Variables Directly Within Decision Nodes: The Decision node experience has been enhanced to allow users to create new workflow variables directly within the node while configuring conditions. Newly created variables are immediately available across the workflow, including in the Workflow Properties panel and other nodes. This enhancement reduces the need to navigate away from the current configuration, helping streamline workflow design and improve overall efficiency.

Quality & Reliability Improvements

This release includes a range of quality and reliability improvements focused on enhancing platform stability, strengthening automation consistency, and ensuring more dependable execution outcomes. These updates refine key areas such as reporting, dashboard performance, content processing, and configuration handling to provide a smoother and more predictable user experience across environments.

Automation Reporting Reliability Improvements

  • Improved Reliability of Historical Report Generation and Visibility: Enhancements have been made to strengthen the reliability of report generation and ensure consistent visibility of execution reports within the Historical Reports section. These updates improve the handling of report processing and storage, helping ensure that newly generated reports are available for review without disruption and supporting more dependable monitoring of automation executions.

Platform Stability Improvements

  • Improved Stability of Dashboard Experience: Enhancements have been implemented to improve the stability of the Automation Studio dashboard experience. These updates reduce the occurrence of intermittent system messages during page load, helping ensure a smoother and more consistent user experience when accessing the dashboard.

Content Processing Reliability Improvements

  • Improved Reliability for PDF Date Extraction: Enhancements have been made to improve the reliability of date value extraction from PDF documents. These updates strengthen the handling of edge cases during extraction, helping ensure that date fields are processed more consistently across different execution environments and supporting more dependable content processing outcomes.

Automation Configuration Reliability Improvements

  • Improved Reliability of Console Configuration and Authentication Handling: Enhancements have been implemented to improve the consistency and reliability of console configurations used in automation execution. These updates strengthen how authentication settings and associated data are managed, helping ensure that existing configurations remain stable and accessible across projects. This improvement supports more dependable automation execution and reduces the need for manual reconfiguration in pipeline and execution workflows.

Compatibility & Requirements

There are no environment changes, version dependencies, or browser limitations in this release. Existing configurations continue to be fully supported.
