SETLISTVALUE action: Writes a value to a single cell in a list, giving automations a flexible way to update list data.

• Supported inputs: List name, column, row, and value. Each input supports variables and expressions.
• Row selection: Target the row by row number, first row, or last row.
• Missing-row handling: Choose whether the action creates the target row or fails when the row does not exist.
• Result output: Store the true/false result in a variable to confirm whether the update succeeded.

SENDLISTTOEXCEL action: Writes a list to an open Excel workbook, starting at a specified cell.

• Starting location: Specify the first cell where the list data should be written.
• Column headers: Include optional column headers when exporting the list.
• Data mapping: Map list columns and rows to the corresponding Excel columns and rows.
• Range handling: Preserve workbook data outside the target range.
