HuLoop Release 58 – Version 7.0.14

Release Date: December 12, 2025

New Features & Enhancements

This release introduces meaningful upgrades designed to make your automation experience smoother, more flexible, and secure. You’ll see new ways to work with Green Screen data, a more unified approach to managing IPA and console executions, clearer options for building decision logic, and greater flexibility across project settings and browser sessions. Together, these enhancements support confident automation design, adaptable use cases, and consistent behavior as automation needs grow.

Green Screen Processing Enhancements

  • Expanded Input Option for Green Screen Data Extraction: HuLoop now offers an additional way to work with Green Screen applications by allowing screen content to be supplied in a text-based format. This option works alongside the existing image-based approach and gives you greater flexibility in how information is passed into the extraction process. It supports smoother handling of Green Screen scenarios where text content is readily available, helping you work with these systems in a more convenient and adaptable way.

Automation Logic & Input Controls

  • Expanded Condition Options for IF Logic: HuLoop now includes additional comparison options within IF and ELSE IF steps, giving you more flexibility when defining decision logic. Along with the existing operators, you can now check whether a value contains another value or does not contain it, making it easier to build conditions that reflect real-world scenarios. These updates help you express your automation logic in a clearer and more natural way, especially when working with text-based information.
  • Optimized Step Parameter Input Handling: HuLoop now provides a more predictable and streamlined experience when entering step parameters by introducing a defined character limit. This helps ensure inputs remain easy to work with and avoids situations that could slow down your browser. If an entry exceeds the limit, you’ll receive a clear prompt so you can adjust it and continue building your automation smoothly.

Browser Session Management

  • Isolated Browser Sessions for Public Mode: HuLoop now supports launching browser sessions in Public Mode using a fully isolated context. Each session begins with its own clean environment, helping you run activities without any influence from previously stored credentials or cache data. This enhancement gives you greater control when working with processes that require session separation and keeps your flows running with predictable behavior. A project-level setting enables this capability, with the flexibility to override it whenever needed.

Advisor Intelligence & Feedback Enhancements

  • Enhanced Feedback Collection for Better Advisor Responses: HuLoop now captures richer feedback from Advisor interactions, enabling the system to better understand the information users search for most frequently. This enhancement helps the Advisor deliver more relevant responses and improves overall guidance quality for users.

Project Configuration & Variable Management Enhancements

  • More Flexible Variable Control in Project Settings: HuLoop now offers added flexibility when updating project settings that use global and runtime variables. When editing settings within a project, you’ll see a new option that allows you to apply your global variable updates across corresponding runtime variables. This provides a clear and convenient way to keep values aligned wherever needed, giving you better control and consistency across your automations while preserving your existing configuration choices.

Execution Management Enhancements

  • Unified IPA and Console Execution Management: HuLoop now brings IPA-based and console-style executions together under a single IPA / Console section. You can create and manage both execution types from one centralized location, using a guided configuration experience with structured fields and clear options. This simplifies navigation and setup while keeping execution behavior, reporting, and notifications consistent with existing workflows.

Quality & Reliability Improvements

This release includes a series of refinements across automation execution, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and project configuration handling. These updates help maintain consistent behavior across environments, support predictable results, and ensure a steady, dependable experience throughout your automation activities.

Platform Stability & Execution Reliability

  • Enhanced Project Configuration Stability: HuLoop now provides improved stability for automation project configuration and execution. Projects maintain consistent settings across environments, ensuring reliable browser configuration, project definitions, and execution behavior during both development and deployment.
  • Enhanced Stability for Automation Runs: HuLoop now ensures more stable execution of automated processes during weekend runs. Automation workflows operate consistently, supporting uninterrupted execution and predictable outcomes across all scheduled tasks.
  • Enhanced Workflow IPA Trigger Handling: HuLoop now ensures that IPA triggers within workflows execute subsequent automation tasks as expected. This improvement supports reliable workflow progression and consistent task execution across automation processes.

Consistent IDP Execution & Data Handling

  • Consistent Extraction Function Execution: HuLoop now ensures that the extraction function reliably returns values across all execution modes. Users can confidently run automations via different execution methods, with consistent and accurate data retrieval during workflow runs.
  • Refined XLSX-to-PDF Output Rendering: HuLoop now generates clearer and more consistent PDF files when converting Excel documents using the XLSX-to-PDF action. The conversion process maintains the expected layout, helping users create clean, ready-to-share PDF outputs for reporting and documentation.

Improved Feature Availability & Automation Experience

  • Image Processing Function Visibility Update: The Image Processing function is available throughout the automation builder experience, including the drag-and-drop list and the step configuration panel. This update provides a more consistent experience when configuring image-based scenarios, such as green screen processing, and supports smooth usage during runtime.
  • Improved ADO Test Plan Integration: HuLoop now ensures that test results are consistently reflected in ADO test plans when executing multiple modules or entire projects. This enhancement provides reliable reporting of automation outcomes and supports accurate visibility into test execution status.

Compatibility & Requirements

There are no environment changes, version dependencies, or browser limitations in this release. Existing configurations continue to be fully supported.
