HuLoop Release 59 – Version 7.0.16

Release Date: December 26, 2025

New Features & Enhancements

This release introduces focused enhancements designed to improve visibility, execution flow, and data handling across automation scenarios. The updates add smoother handling of authentication prompts, extended support for CSV file operations, improved browser driver management for Chrome and Edge, and clearer visibility into locator changes. Together, these enhancements help teams work more efficiently while maintaining consistency and control across automation executions.

Automation Setup, Control, and Visibility

  • Audit Trail for Locator Updates: HuLoop now provides an audit trail for changes made to locators, giving users better visibility into when updates occur and who made them. This enhancement helps teams track locator modifications more easily, supports accountability during maintenance, and simplifies troubleshooting when locators are updated or adjusted over time.

Browser Automation Resilience

  • Smarter Browser Driver Handling for Chrome and Edge: HuLoop now includes smarter handling for browser updates during automation runs. When a compatible browser driver is temporarily unavailable after a Chrome or Edge update, HuLoop automatically falls back to a previously working driver. This reduces manual intervention, helps avoid execution interruptions during browser upgrades, and supports smoother day-to-day automation runs.

Expanded Data Handling Capabilities

  • GET_ROW_COUNT Support for CSV Files: HuLoop now extends the GET_ROW_COUNT action to support CSV files. Users can easily retrieve the number of rows from CSV inputs, just as they do with Excel files, enabling consistent data validation and control across common file formats used in automations.

Smarter Automation Execution Experience

  • Authentication Popup Handling for Automated Executionsb: HuLoop introduces built-in support for handling authentication popups during automated executions. This enhancement enables automations to continue smoothly in secured environments by allowing authentication to be managed as part of the execution flow, across both CLI and GUI agents.

Quality & Reliability Improvements

This release continues HuLoop’s focus on strengthening execution consistency and overall platform stability. The enhancements in this section refine how automations behave across different environments, data volumes, and execution modes, supporting more predictable outcomes and smoother day-to-day usage. Together, these updates help align automation behavior with real-world usage patterns and maintain consistent execution as automations evolve and scale.

Execution Stability and Data Entry Consistency

  • More Consistent Desktop Data Entry Across Applications: HuLoop improves how input values are applied during desktop automation runs, helping ensure complete and accurate data entry across a wide range of desktop applications. These enhancements support smoother execution for scenarios where precise input handling is critical to downstream processing and outcomes.
  • More Reliable Value Entry in Dynamic Web Forms: HuLoop now applies values more consistently when interacting with dynamic web form fields. This refinement supports smoother execution in scenarios that require repeated data entry or depend on accurate field population.

CLI and Execution Flow Stability

  • More Predictable CLI Execution and Report Generation: Command-line executions now complete more consistently across projects, with reports generated as expected after runs. This enhancement supports uninterrupted execution flows and dependable results for CLI-driven automation scenarios.
  • Improved Execution Stability and Reporting on On-Premise Deployments: Automation executions on on-premise environments now follow a more consistent completion and reporting flow. This update supports stable execution behavior and ensures execution results are available after runs in supported versions.

Reporting Accuracy and Navigation Continuity

  • Consistent CLI Report Visibility Across Time Zones: Reports generated through CLI executions are now displayed consistently in both Latest and Historical views, regardless of user time zone. This supports accurate report visibility for globally distributed teams.
  • Clearer Navigation When Reviewing Suite-Level Reports: Navigation within automation execution reports is now more context-aware. When moving between suite-level details and report views, HuLoop preserves the original reporting context, supporting smoother analysis across multiple executions.

Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Consistency

  • More Consistent IDP Output File Generation: IDP processing now follows a more stable extraction flow, ensuring extracted files are generated and available in expected locations, particularly when working with complex or semi-structured documents.
  • Consistent Extraction Results Across Multi-Page Documents: Document extraction now delivers consistent results whether processing a single page or a range of pages. This improvement supports accurate data extraction from multi-page PDFs and other supported document formats.
  • Improved Page Range Handling for Document Redaction: The Redaction function now applies selected page ranges more precisely, supporting predictable redaction outcomes when working with multi-page documents.

Integration and API Execution Reliability

  • More Consistent ADO Test Plan Updates During Large Executions: Synchronization with Azure DevOps (ADO) test plans has been strengthened for executions involving multiple modules or full project runs. This supports clearer result visibility during large-scale automation executions.
  • Smoother ADO Test Case ID Association: Associating Azure DevOps test case IDs now follows a more resilient validation flow, helping ensure smoother interaction with ADO services and reducing interruptions during test case alignment.
  • Stable Execution of API Test Suites with Multiple Test Cases: Execution handling for API test suites with multiple test cases has been refined to support smooth and predictable suite-level runs across CLI and agent-based executions.
  • Supported Handling of Large XML Inputs in API Automations: API automation scenarios involving large XML payloads now follow clearer, supported handling approaches, enabling stable execution when working with complex or high-volume data inputs.

Configuration and Data Handling Reliability

  • More Consistent Custom Variable Management: Creating and saving custom variables in Global Custom Settings now follows a smoother and more predictable flow, supporting stable configuration during setup and maintenance activities.
  • Predictable Handling of Shared Excel Files with Protected Content: Automations interacting with shared Excel files now follow a consistent execution flow when files require content enablement or specific access permissions, supporting uninterrupted file-based automation steps.
  • Consistent Text Capture from Desktop Lists and Tables: HuLoop now captures text from desktop list and table views more consistently, supporting accurate identification of items such as file names or entries during automation runs.

Platform Responsiveness and Usability

  • Smoother Web Portal Navigation Experience: Navigation across the HuLoop web portal is now more responsive and consistent, supporting stable performance during everyday use, especially in environments with higher system activity.

Compatibility & Requirements

There are no environment changes, version dependencies, or browser limitations in this release. Existing configurations continue to be fully supported.
