Intended Audience
This document is designed for technical stakeholders involved in the deployment and maintenance of HuLoop’s IPD platform. The table below describes the intended users and their roles.
| User Role | Responsibilities |

| IT Administrator | Installs desktop agents, configures antivirus, sets up SCCM/Intune, manages firewall. |
| DevOps/Infrastructure | Sets up server infrastructure (cloud or on-premises), installs Docker and tools. |
| Support Engineer | Monitors service health, reviews logs, and assists with troubleshooting or upgrades. |
| Implementation Partner | Leads deployment planning and execution in coordination with client teams. |
