As a Cloud Infrastructure Manager for our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, and operation of our Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our SaaS platform while also providing visibility into the health of the cloud environment.

• Manage the cloud infrastructure to support our SaaS platform, considering scalability, reliability, and security requirements of our various clients.
• Create and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into the health of the cloud environment and the status of customer release versions.
• Collaborate with software development teams to define, manage, and update our platform, including overseeing the release process to ensure smooth and secure deployments.
• Implement best practices for high availability, disaster recovery, fault tolerance, and release management in the cloud environment.
• Oversee the operation of cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and cost-efficiency.
• Monitor system health and performance metrics, identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
• Implement and enforce security policies and compliance standards to protect sensitive data and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance.

• Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools for cloud environments, with a focus on optimizing system performance and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
