Compensation:

  • $75K-$125K base salary plus $75K-$125K commission for $150K-$250K on-target earnings.
  • Additional compensation may include equity participation and performance-based incentives.

Job Description:

We are looking for hungry, energetic, and highly motivated Software Sales Executives focused on new business development and expanding HuLoop’s rapidly growing customer base. This is a true hunter role designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy building pipeline, and want to be part of a company at the forefront of AI, Intelligent Agents, automation, and future-of-work transformation.

This role is ideal for someone early-to-mid career who wants the opportunity to grow rapidly, learn from experienced software sales leadership, and make a direct impact inside a scaling AI software company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, social selling, partner collaboration, events, and targeted account engagement.
  • Build and manage pipeline activity across community banks, credit unions, retail, wholesale, collections, and other target industries.
  • Conduct discovery conversations focused on operational inefficiencies, broken workflows, and AI-driven work optimization opportunities.
  • Coordinate and support software demonstrations, proof-of-value discussions, and solution positioning activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Engineers, Work Optimization Consultants, Product Specialists, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
  • Develop strong relationships with prospective clients and business partners.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and opportunity management within CRM systems.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.
  • Stay current on AI, Intelligent Agents, automation, workflow orchestration, and future-of-work trends.
  • Represent HuLoop professionally at conferences, webinars, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
  • 1-5 years of experience in software sales, business development, SaaS, fintech, automation, AI, or related technology industries.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and highly driven personality.
  • Comfortable engaging executives, operations leaders, and technology stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce preferred.
  • Interest in AI, Intelligent Agents, automation, and emerging technologies strongly preferred.
  • Prior banking, credit union, retail, or enterprise software experience is beneficial but not required.
