2023 Reflections and 2024 Vision from HuLoop’s CEO

As we approach the end of 2023, I’ve reflected on HuLoop’s progress to date and wanted to share our exciting vision for the year ahead.
Growth in Every Aspect
Throughout 2023, HuLoop experienced significant growth across all aspects of our business. We’ve rapidly grew our customer base — particularly in the financial services sector — where we saw substantial growth in banks, credit unions and collection businesses. In addition, our consumer commerce business, which covers retail, wholesale, and CPG, also flourished. We are proud to have more than 30 clients, which is a testament to the dedication of our team.
I am also immensely proud of the talent we’ve attracted and doubling the size of our workforce to more than 40 people. This growth has allowed us to invest heavily in key areas such as R&D and innovation in artificial intelligence, as well as our platform infrastructure. HuLoop’s growth is not limited to technical staff. Our customer success and support team have also expanded — ensuring that HuLoop continues to thrive in every aspect of our business.
The trust our customers place in us is backed by strategic investments from prestigious new institutional investors. This ensures that HuLoop is well-capitalized and equipped to build an enduring company that continues to innovate and lead in the AI and automation space.
Lastly, HuLoop has strengthened its bonds with key partners such as AgreeYa Solutions, KYP, and Aurore, enhancing education, awareness, and support around our business.
Unified Automation: Delivering on Our Promise
In our pursuit of unified automation, HuLoop has focused on providing our customers with a one-stop shop for radically simple, fast, and affordable automation. The strength of HuLoop’s platform lies in its ability to deploy automations in a fraction of the time compared to our industry peers. Moreover, we are delivering on our mission to democratize access to automation for non-technical, businesspeople through our no-code capabilities.
This past year, HuLoop introduced its v5 platform, featuring a simple, beautiful user experience. This initiative — coupled with our commitment to customer success and support — has resulted in a more satisfying, efficient experience for our clients.
I’d be remiss not to highlight the outstanding efforts of our customer success teams. Their focus on building efficient onboarding, customer success and support has elevated the client experience, making the journey from kickoff meeting to going live an efficient process.
In addition, HuLoop University has been substantially upgraded to better equip our customers to leverage the HuLoop platform more effectively. Our system must be easy to learn and use.
Looking Ahead to 2024
As we stand at the cusp of 2024, our ambitions for HuLoop are greater than ever. We are poised to significantly expand our business, especially in the industry verticals where we’ve witnessed remarkable growth. Our goal is to triple the size of our customer base, all while maintaining a relentless focus on customer satisfaction.
Our strategic priorities for product development in 2024 revolve around three key principles: enriching our user experience, demonstrating undisputed AI leadership and incorporating human-in-the-loop capabilities. We aim to make our unified automation platform radically simple, fast, and affordable, ensuring that our customers become raving fans and evangelists.
Commitment to Responsible Innovation
In the R&D realm, we are committed to responsible AI practices. Our focus is on delivering results and clear financial benefits for our customers, while mitigating biases, ensuring fairness and safeguarding privacy. HuLoop’s considerable emphasis on security, privacy and ethical considerations will continue to be at the forefront of operations in 2024.
Generative AI and the Road Ahead
Looking forward, we are excited about the possibilities that generative AI brings. Our commitment to accessible automation includes leveraging generative AI to guide users in building automations and automatically generating documentation. While this remains a work in progress, it aligns with our vision of radically simple automation.
A Call to Action
As we step into 2024, I am excited for the journey ahead. Together, we are charting the course for a future where human capabilities harmonize with AI and automation — driving productivity, creativity and ethical practices.
I encourage each one of you to embrace this vision, making 2024 a year where we not only meet but exceed our goals.
