Scroll command is used to scroll the window based upon pixels count provided in parameter section . Positive value will scroll to the right/down respectively, while negative values will scroll to the left/up respectively.

Select SCROLL command from the action drop down, leave Screen name, Element key as blank and pass the number of pixels to scroll in parameter section as shown below:
