How to I reposition my steps or cards in HuLoop?

To reposition/(move up or down) a step in your case please follow the steps given below:

1.Go to your case screen

Tabular view :

2.Right click on the step which you want to reposition and click on move to option.

3. Once you click on move to, it will provide a new option to move the selected step at desired position.

Enter step number where you want to move the selected step and click on arrow button to get it moved to the desired position.

Doing this will reposition the specific step

Card view : 

4. Click on three dots of desired card and drop drown will open, click on move to button to move card from desired position.

5. Once you click on move to, it will provide a new option to move the selected card at desired position. Enter card number where you want to move the selected card and click on arrow button to get it moved to the desired position. Doing this will reposition the specific card.
